ERP Functional Consultant

About the role
You will map client processes, configure Smart Steel ERP and KewlOffice ERP, train users and guide clients through go-live, in India and international markets.
What you will do
- Run discovery workshops and document processes
- Configure modules and write functional specifications
- Plan data migration and user-acceptance testing
- Train users and support go-live
- Act as the link between clients and the development team
What we are looking for
- 3 or more years implementing ERP
- Strong knowledge of finance, inventory, procurement or production processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel for client workshops
Nice to have
- Steel, mining or crusher operations experience
- GST, VAT or e-invoicing knowledge
- Arabic language skills for GCC clients
