What we do
We help organisations run faster by replacing scattered spreadsheets, registers and disconnected tools with software that fits how they actually work.
Our portfolio spans more than 20 products, from ETA, the efficiency tracker deployed across 18 countries, to Smart Steel ERP for heavy industry and software for schools, hospitals, transport operators and hotels. Every product is designed and built in-house, which lets us customise freely and support clients directly.

Debabrata Bhuyan, Founder and CEO
Debabrata is a software engineer by training with a background in Java and enterprise systems. Before founding 3SD, he spent nine years building software for global companies, including three years leading Bosch engineering work on site in Germany.
- 2008 to 2011Mindtree: software engineering on American Express and Nuance Communications projects.
- 2011 to 2017Bosch: automotive fuel injection systems software, including onsite manager in Germany from 2013 to 2016.
